The zoning is R-43 rural zoning. Also called horse property because you can have horses, cows etc... for you own personal use. This is single family, residential zoning. If you want to build on this property you must build at least 1978 double wide manufactured home or a site built house. Single wide manufactured homes are not allowed on R-43 zoning.
